Sagar Fire And Safety Engineers is based at 453, Arepalli, in the Gandhi Nagar area. It’s a simple setup we have here. We spend our days surrounded by fire extinguishers, hoses, and safety gear. It’s a lot of checking and rechecking equipment to make sure everything is okay. Arepalli is a familiar place for us. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the people on our street. The office is small and filled with supplies. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We’re just a group of people who know about fire safety. We spend a lot of time out and about, visiting different sites. When we are in the office, we’re usually filling out tags or cleaning valves. It’s practical work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just think people should have working extinguishers. Gandhi Nagar is a busy part of town, so there’s always something going on outside. We usually have the door open to catch a breeze. We’re just regular folks doing a job that needs doing. Some days are just about moving heavy cylinders around. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our trade. We’ve stayed in Arepalli because it suits us and the work we do. It is just a normal day for us.
