Sadanandam Estates

Sadanandam Estates is out on Husnabad Road. Our specific door number is 12-36-526. We are located in Chigurumamidi Mandal. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where we have been for a long time. The road gets pretty busy with tractors and the local buses at certain times of the day. Our office is just a small, simple place right along the road. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or big posters on the walls. We just keep the essentials. People from all over the Mandal come by to talk about land and different plots. We know the Husnabad Road area very well since we spend almost all our time here. It’s a local operation through and through. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to handle social media. It’s just Sadanandam Estates. We sit at our desks, answer the phone, and talk to folks who walk in off the street. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside on the porch for a bit to stay cool. It’s a very normal, local way of doing things. We’ve got some old maps on the wall that are starting to get a bit faded.
