Prashanth & Co

Our office is at 12-2-14 in Jyothinagar. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which makes it a nice place to work without too much noise. Prashanth & Co has been around for a few years now, and we’ve mostly stayed in this same spot. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s more like a converted space that fits our desks and the few bits of equipment we need. Most days, it’s just two or three of us here handling the accounts and making sure our clients are taken care of. We do a lot of coordination work, so there are always notes and folders scattered around. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market while we’re coming into work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make things look polished. We just do the work as it comes in and try to keep things organized. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we finish up early. It’s a flexible way of working that seems to suit us well. We’ve built up a small list of regular people we work with, and they know they can just call us up or drop by if they’re in Jyothinagar. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest effort and a bit of common sense to get through the day’s tasks. That's really all there is to how we operate.
