Oxygen Fitness Studio

You can find Oxygen Fitness Studio at Dr. Rajan Towers, right across from the NTPC police station in Ramagundam. I’m usually there before the sun even comes up to unlock the doors and get the lights on. The studio isn’t one of those fancy places with neon lights and expensive juice bars. It’s just a solid place where people come to sweat and get their workout done. We have the usual weights, some machines, and enough space for everyone to move around. Being opposite the police station makes it a pretty recognizable spot in the area. The heat in Ramagundam can be tough, so we keep the fans blasting all day long. I spend a lot of my time showing people how to use the equipment without hurting themselves or just keeping the place tidy. There is always someone coming in with a goal in mind, whether they want to lose some weight or just feel a bit stronger. We don't use those aggressive marketing tactics or pushy sales lines. It’s just about showing up and doing the work. The regulars have become like friends over the years, and we often chat between sets. It’s a simple, practical gym for local people who just want to stay healthy. I like the sound of the weights clanking and the feeling of a busy morning session. It’s a good way to spend the day at Dr. Rajan Towers.
