Naveensai Constructions Llp is right off the Bypass Road in Krishnanagar, specifically at H .No: 5 24/12. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty loud with all the trucks passing by all day. We’ve been set up here for a bit, focusing on whatever construction work comes our way. It’s a lot of coordination with laborers and suppliers. Most mornings start early with a lot of noise and end late with us looking over what got done. It’s not some polished corporate life. Our shoes are usually covered in some kind of grit or mud from the sites. We handle things like foundations and walls, the basic stuff that every building needs. The Bypass Road location is handy for getting materials in and out without getting stuck too deep in city traffic, though Krishnanagar has its own jams. We just try to keep the projects moving. If something goes wrong on a site, we're the ones who go down there to sort it out. We don't have a lot of time for meetings that don't lead to anything. It’s more about the practical side of building. We just want to finish the work and move on to the next one. That’s how we’ve always done it. It’s just us, some heavy machinery, and a lot of hard work every single week.
