We are located at 11-2-1 in Karimnagar, right in the middle of things. The office is in an older building, and it has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit much sometimes. We have a small team here handling all sorts of business stuff. There is always a pile of folders on someone's desk and the printer seems to have a mind of its own. Karimnagar gets really hot in the middle of the year, so we spend a lot on electricity for the fans and cooling. It is mostly just us answering calls and typing things up. We have been here for quite a while, so we know most of the other businesses nearby. Sometimes we take our tea outside when it’s not too hot. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and go home. Every day brings something a little different, maybe a new client or a problem with an old order. It’s a steady pace, not too fast but we are never bored. We keep our files organized the best we can, even if the office looks a bit messy to an outsider. It’s just how we do things at 11-2-1. We open at nine and shut down around six or seven. There isn't much to it, just keeping the business moving along.
