Meneni Constructions Private Limited is based out of Vavilalapalli in Karimnagar. We’ve been at this address, 3-7-432/3, for some time. Karimnagar is our home and we know the area pretty well. The construction business isn't easy, there are always delays with materials or the weather doesn't play nice, but we keep at it. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it's more of a practical space where we can meet and look at blueprints. Most of our days are spent checking on sites and making sure the bricks and cement are showing up on time. It’s dusty work and sometimes quite tiring, but seeing a structure actually stand up makes it worth the effort. People around Vavilalapalli know us as the local builders. We don't go around making huge claims about being the biggest or anything like that. We just take on a project and try to finish it so we can move on to the next one. The team here is mostly local guys who have been in the trade for years. We understand how things work in this part of Telangana. It's a lot of manual labor and managing different crews. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, but that's just how construction goes. We deal with it and move forward. It’s a steady life and we’re glad to be working here in Karimnagar.
