L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited

We are based out in Village- Palayam, which is under the Karmapuri Tahsil. Being in a village means things are a bit different than they are in the big city offices. L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited has this spot here to be close to where the actual work happens. It is a rural setting, so there is a lot of open space and fresh air around us. Sometimes the roads getting here can be a bit rough depending on the weather. We have a small team on site. We mostly focus on the local projects and keeping things organized. It is a very practical way of working. We don't have many visitors out here, but when we do, we usually have a cup of tea ready. The pace is different in Karmapuri Tahsil. We follow the rhythm of the day. Our office is simple, nothing too special to look at, just a place to keep our records and meet up. We talk to the local folks and they know we are here. It can get very quiet in the afternoons. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work. Being part of the village life for a bit is quite nice. We are just a group of people trying to get things built. We like the area and the people around here who help us out.
