We are located at 228/4 on Jagtial Road in the Chaitanyapuri area of Karimnagar. It is a busy road, and we get a lot of dust from the passing trucks, but it is a good spot for people to find us. The office is just a simple room with a table and a few plastic chairs for when people come in to talk. Karimnagar can get pretty hot in the summer, so we have a fan that runs pretty much all day long. We have been working in real estate around here for quite some time, so we know the local land prices and who is looking to sell. A lot of our business is just talking to people who walk in off the street. We do not have any fancy brochures or a big website; we just rely on what we know and the notes we keep in our ledgers. Sometimes we share a meal in the office when it is busy, and there is always a pot of water for anyone who is thirsty. It is a local way of doing things, and we do not try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. Buying or selling land is a big deal for people, so we just try to be patient and listen to what they need. Khaja Real Estate has been a fixture on Jagtial Road for some years. We see the same people passing by every day, and that makes it feel like home.
