Kaayna Foods

We are over at Hno 9-5-69 in Sapthagiri Colony, right here in Karimnagar. Kaayna Foods isn't some big factory with assembly lines. It’s more of a local setup where we handle food stuff. The kitchen area is usually the busiest part of the house. You can usually smell whatever is being prepared before you even get to the door. We use a lot of local ingredients because that’s what’s available at the market nearby. It gets pretty warm when the stoves are going, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything is done right. The colony is usually quiet, except for when we’re moving boxes out to the delivery van. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are bowls and spoons everywhere. It’s just how it goes when you’re actually making things by hand. We aren't trying to be some massive brand. We just like making food that people in Karimnagar want to eat. Sometimes we try out a new recipe and it doesn't work, so we just go back to what we know. The neighbors sometimes stop by to see what’s cooking. We don't have a storefront with big glass windows. It’s just a regular house where we do our work and hope the customers are happy with what they get from us. It’s a simple way to spend the day, really.
