Home Designs is our small operation located in Karimnagar. We are over at D.No-7-3-61/A, specifically in the Moon Buliding. It’s quite close to MR Gardens, so most people in the 505001 area know the general spot. We spend a lot of time thinking about houses and how they should be laid out. It’s not always easy because every plot of land is a bit different and people want different things. We usually have rolls of paper and sketches all over the place. Our office isn't the most organized-looking spot, but we know where everything is. Karimnagar has a lot of new construction lately, so we stay pretty busy with the local crowd. We don't really do big advertising; people just sort of find us or hear about us from their neighbors. It works for us. Sometimes a design takes a few tries before it feels right, and that’s just part of the process. We sit here near MR Gardens and work through the details of windows, doors, and room sizes while listening to the traffic go by on the main road outside the Moon Buliding. It’s steady work and we enjoy seeing a house actually get built from the plans we made. The Moon Buliding is a familiar landmark for us now. We’ve been here long enough to see the street change. We aren't fancy people, just folks who know how to draw up a house. It takes a lot of patience to get the measurements exact, but that’s what we do day in and day out.
