D J Ice Cream

D J Ice Cream is located at 11/8, Kalyan Nagar in the Godavarikhani area of Ramagundam. We have been operating from this specific spot for a while. The neighborhood is mostly families and people who have lived here for years. Our shop is just a regular room with several large chest freezers lined up against the walls. We don't have any fancy seating or big advertisements. Most people just walk in, pick what they want from the display, and head back out. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and checking the stock. It can get quite hot in Ramagundam, so our cooling bills are always something we have to watch. We open up in the morning and stay until things get quiet at night. There is a lot of foot traffic in Kalyan Nagar, especially in the evenings when people are out for a walk. We know most of the neighbors who come in regularly. It is a small business that we run ourselves. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the narrow road for a few minutes while we unload the new crates. We just try to get it done quickly. There isn't much to the shop other than the ice cream and us. It is a practical business. We like being in this part of town because it feels like home. The daily routine is pretty much the same every day of the week. We enjoy the local atmosphere and talking to the people who stop by for a cone.
