Bachpan Play School

If you know the Bypass Road-Mancherial area, you probably know where Krishna Nagar Colony is. That’s where our play school is located in Godavarikhani. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main road, which is nice for the little ones. We have a few rooms set up with mats and toys where the children spend their time. The building isn't huge, but it has enough space for them to run around a bit. I usually get here early to open up the shutters and get the fans going before the first kids arrive. We have some colorful drawings on the walls that some of the older kids helped with last year. Most of the parents work nearby, so drop-offs happen in a bit of a rush in the mornings. We spend a lot of time just managing the energy in the room. There is a small area outside where they can play when it isn't too hot. We don't use a lot of high-tech stuff here. It is mostly just books, blocks, and a lot of talking. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when it rains and we have to keep everyone inside. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the water bottles and snacks organized. It’s a local place run by people who live right here in the colony. We just try to keep things safe and keep the kids occupied until their parents come back.
