Supervisor

This office is out in Pedda Papaiah Pally, which is part of the Huzurabad Mandal in Karimnagar. It’s a rural setting, so things move a lot slower than they do in the big cities. The house number is 3-45. We are surrounded by fields and a few other houses. It’s a quiet place to work, though it can get lonely if you’re used to the city. We manage the supervisor responsibilities from a front room that we converted into an office. There’s a lot of travel involved because the area we cover is quite spread out. Often, the office is just a place to stop and write down what happened during the day. We have a small porch where we sit in the evenings to catch the breeze. The internet can be a bit spotty sometimes, so we still rely heavily on paper records. It’s a very traditional way of doing things. The local people often stop by just to say hello or ask for help with something. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. It’s just practical clothes for a practical job. Karimnagar has its own charm, especially when the rains come and everything turns green. We’ve been part of this village for a long time, and the office is just part of the landscape now. We take pride in just getting through the day's work and helping out where we can.
