Lanco Infratech Ltd.

We’re based out in Ramagundam at Qr.No: B-8/39 in the PTS-NTPC Jyothinagar area. This is Karimnagar district, and it’s very much a township environment. Since we are Lanco Infratech Ltd., being near the NTPC plant makes sense for the kind of work we do. The quarters are pretty basic, typical for this area. It’s not a high-rise office building. It’s a place where we can live and work close to the project sites. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up with desks and some basic office supplies. Most of our time is spent out on the field anyway, so this is just where we come back to do the logs and the reports. The surroundings are mostly industrial, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the background. We don’t have any polished reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work gear drinking some tea and looking over blueprints. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t worry about the peeling paint or the old furniture as long as the work gets done correctly. Living and working in a place like Jyothinagar means you get to know everyone else who’s on the job. It’s a tight community and we just focus on doing our part without making a big fuss about the office appearance.
