We stay right here in the staff colony at Basant Nagar. Our spot is Q.No : D1 32 A. If you've been around Karimnagar, you probably know the area. It’s a quiet place mostly, unless the trucks are moving. We’ve been set up in this part of Andhra Pradesh for quite some time now. People come and go from the colony, but the work stays the same. The office isn't much to look at, just a regular building where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. It gets a bit loud when the shifts change. We handle the cement business from this corner. It is a lot of counting bags and checking schedules. Living and working in the same colony makes things easy. Most of the staff live just a few doors down. We see each other at the local market too. It’s a tight-knit group of people. We don't use fancy computers for everything, some stuff is still written in ledgers. It works for us. The weather gets really dry here, but we are used to it. If you need to find us, just ask anyone in the colony for the D1 section. We are usually there by eight or nine. Sometimes we stay late to finish up. It’s a decent living. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. Not much else to say really.
