AAKAASH & NIDDHI INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is in the Tapan Sarkar Building over on Thana Road in Bokajan. It’s right in Ward No. 2. Aakaash & NIDDHI Infratech handles a lot of local building and technical projects around here. Dealing with construction in this part of Karbi Anglong means we deal with some rough roads and weather sometimes. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity from the city. We’re just a small crew doing infratech work. Most mornings start early with tea while we go over what needs to happen at the sites. The building we are in is easy enough to find if you know Bokajan. It’s got a bit of history to it. We try to stay organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We do a mix of things depending on what the current contract asks for. It might be roads or it might be building work. We use local labor when we can because it makes sense for everyone. It's not a glamorous job, just a lot of mud and concrete most of the time. We’ve had some challenges lately with getting materials delivered on time, but we find ways around it. The heat gets pretty intense in the summer months, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. We’re just regular people working hard to build things that last for the community and our families. It’s a lot of effort but we enjoy it.
