Being here at Accenture Services Pvt Ltd feels a lot different than being in one of the big metro hubs. Things move at a slightly slower pace in Hindaun, which isn't always a bad thing. Gaumati Sadan is a building that everyone around here seems to know. We go about our work in a quiet way, handling the tasks that come our way without much fuss. The Rajasthan heat can be pretty intense during the summer months, so we usually keep the blinds drawn to stay cool while we work. Krishna Colony is a decent residential area, so it’s mostly peaceful outside our windows, apart from the occasional cow wandering by or a local delivery bike. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we are there at our desks. It’s a small team of us here, and we all know each other well. Most days involve a lot of typing and phone calls, just like any other office, but having the local temple sounds in the distance makes it feel like home. It’s a simple, honest place to work and we like being part of the community here. It’s just how we do things in this part of Rajasthan.
