Mama Holidays

Our small office is tucked away in Women Plaza in Karan Nagar. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside. At Mama Holidays, we spend our days helping people figure out where they want to go for their breaks. It’s not a big corporate setup. It's just us in a room with some posters on the walls and a few old computers. We do a lot of booking for families and people just looking to get away for a weekend. We’ve been in Women Plaza for a while and we like the location. It’s easy for people to drop by while they are out doing their shopping. We don't use a lot of fancy talk. We just look at the dates and the prices and see what fits. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings, and we have to spend hours on the phone fixing it. That’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest travel agency around. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come in. It’s a friendly place, and we usually have time for a chat while we work. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have any flashy signs or big gimmicks. We just sit here and do the work as it comes in from the street. It is a bit loud sometimes with the plaza traffic, but we are used to it by now.
