It’s a functional space where we take care of all sorts of medical needs for the local community. We aren't a massive city hospital with thousands of beds. We’re a smaller place where we know many of our patients by name. The hospital layout is straightforward. We have the rooms for checkups and the areas for people who need to stay a bit longer. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running, especially when it gets crowded on market days or during the flu season. Our staff is mostly local, so we understand the people who live around Kallal. We don't use any corporate slogans or polished marketing speak. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes the equipment acts up or the waiting room gets a bit messy, but we just fix it and keep going.
