We started this place on Annavasal Road some years back. It’s a small office here in Nedungadu, mostly just us handling phone calls and talking to people who walk in. Dealing with land and houses can get pretty complicated around here, so we try to keep things clear. Most days are busy, but sometimes it's quiet. We spend a lot of time checking paperwork or visiting different sites near No. 10. It’s just how things go in this business. My cousin helps out sometimes when there's too much to do. We don't have a big fancy team or anything like that. Just some desks and a few chairs. People know where to find us if they need to ask about a plot or a rental. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit lately. New roads coming up, more traffic on the main street. It’s part of the job to know which way the wind is blowing. We usually have tea around four and talk about what happened during the day. Sometimes a deal goes through quick, other times it takes months. We just stay here and do the work. It isn't always exciting, but it’s steady. If you’re passing by Nedungadu, you’ll see our sign. It’s not a huge office but it works for us. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, making sure we don't miss anything important for the folks who rely on us to help them out.
