Vk Architects,Pune

Vk Architects is run by Sachin Doshi and we are based out in Pusesavali. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, located in the Khatav area of Satara district. Being in a place like this means we see a different side of things compared to the big offices in Pune. We deal with a lot of local building projects around the village and the nearby towns. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with drawing boards and some old computers. We spend a lot of time traveling between sites because the distances out here can be long. It's quiet in Pusesavali, which helps when you need to think about a design. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We've been part of this community for a long time. The work is steady and it keeps us busy. We handle everything from small houses to bigger structures that need a bit more planning. It’s honest work and we like seeing things get built from the ground up. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just explain how the project will look and what it needs. It's a simple life out here in Satara and we are quite happy with how things are.
