We have been working out of this spot for many years. It is a convenient place because people can just walk over to us when they get off the bus. Our office is a small room with a simple desk. We don't have a big staff or anything. It is mostly just us and a couple of drivers from the village. We spend a lot of time sitting and talking to the people who stop by. We know the Phagwara area very well because we have lived here our whole lives. Most of our trips are local, but sometimes we go further out if someone needs it. We don't use any marketing words to try and sound better than we are. We just have our cars and we drive them. The traffic near the bus stand can be quite a mess in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We keep our vehicles clean and make sure they have enough petrol. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just like being part of the local community in Mouli.
