Shubhnit Gallery

I have been running Shubhnit Gallery for a while now here in Shiv Colony. We are right near the furniture market, so it gets pretty busy around this part of town with people moving big pieces of wood and sofas all day. My shop is where we keep all sorts of things for homes. Sometimes people stop in just to see what’s new on the shelves. It’s not a huge place, but it keeps me busy from morning till the evening when we close up. I remember when we first moved into this spot, the walls were bare and it took a lot of work to get everything organized. Now, it’s full of stuff. Most of our neighbors are in the furniture business, which makes sense given where we are. You can find us easily if you know the furniture market area. Some days are quieter than others, especially when it rains, but that gives me time to reorganize the displays. I try to keep things tidy, though with so many items, it’s a bit of a struggle sometimes. People from the colony drop by to chat or look for something specific for their living rooms. It's just a regular local business where we know most of the faces that walk through the door. We don't do much fancy stuff, just keep the doors open and help whoever comes in looking for something nice for their place. It is just home for me.
