Our base of operations is at House Number 82, right in the Guru Hargobind Nagar Market in Phagwara. We’ve been here for a good while, handling both the catering side and the planning side of events. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always something going on. We aren't a huge firm with a fancy lobby. It's more of a functional space where we store our gear and meet with people. Catering is the main thing we do, so we spend a lot of time thinking about menus and ingredients. Phagwara has a lot of events, and we try to stay involved in as many as we can handle. The planning part is mostly us making sure the chairs, tables, and food all show up at the same time. It sounds easy but it’s actually quite a bit of a headache sometimes. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sell people things they don't need. We just tell them what we can do and what it will cost. Most of our customers are locals who have known us for years. We’re just regular people working in the market. Sometimes we run out of something or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the reality of the business.
