Being close to the transport hub makes things convenient for the guys coming in for work. Milltex Engineering Company isn't a high-tech lab. It’s an engineering shop. We have metal, grease, and the sound of machines all day long. I’ve been working in this area for years. The building is an old one, but it holds up well. We do a lot of repair work and fabrication. It’s messy, hands-on stuff. I usually have grease on my shirt by noon. We don’t have a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to the desk picks it up. That's just the way it goes here.
