Khalsa Tiles

We are out in Lakhan Kalan Village, which is part of the Kapurthala Tehsil. If you are looking for Khalsa Tiles, we are located right near the Khalsa Academy. It’s a rural area, so things are a bit quieter here than in the city. We have a large yard where we keep all the tiles and materials stacked up high. It’s mostly outdoor work, so we are at the mercy of the weather every day. When it’s sunny, we are out there moving heavy stacks, and when it rains, things get a bit muddy and slow down. We make and sell different kinds of tiles for people building houses or fixing up their driveways in the village and nearby towns. It’s hard work on the back, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don’t mind it much. The business started small years ago and it stays pretty much the same year to year. We don’t have any fancy showrooms with lights and displays. You just walk into the yard and look at what we have on the pallets. Sometimes we have a lot of stock ready to go, other times we are waiting for a shipment or for the cement to dry. We know most of the people around here by name and they know us. It’s a friendly place and we like being part of the village life. If you need tiles, you just drive down past the academy and you’ll see our gates. We are usually there from early morning until late evening.
