JPRS PROMOTERS & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Shop No. 5A in Radio Colony. It’s right there in Village Dhakka, on the ground floor. It is a small shop, not one of those big fancy offices you see in the central parts of the city. We like it that way because people can just walk in and talk to us without any fuss. We do a lot of work around the neighborhood, promoting different spots and trying to develop things that make sense for the people living here. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone walking by throughout the day. You get to know the neighbors and the other shop owners pretty well over time. Our work involves a lot of back-and-forth between our little office and the local authorities. It can be a slow process sometimes. There is a lot of waiting for papers to get signed and stamped. We spend our afternoons drinking chai and talking about what the next project is going to look like. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just our little corner of Delhi. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road right outside, but that is just part of life in Village Dhakka. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing who we are and seeing the work we do on the ground. It is a simple operation.
