Fiveaab Impoex Private Limited is located over on Prem Nagarkhera Road in Phagwara. We’ve been at this spot, Bxl/20, for some time now. Phagwara is a busy place, and being right on the road means there’s always something happening outside our doors. It’s mostly just a few of us here trying to keep the import and export side of things straight. It can get pretty confusing with all the different rules and shipping schedules, but we've learned a lot over the years. We didn't start with much, just a small space and a phone that didn't always work right. Now we have a bit more room, though the shelves are always cluttered with samples and files. We aren't the type to wear suits or give big speeches. Most days, I’m just in my regular clothes, making sure the orders are packed right and the truck drivers know where they’re going. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Sometimes we stay late because a shipment is delayed, and other times it's quiet enough to actually finish a cup of tea while it's still hot. We’re just local people doing business from our corner of Prem Nagar. It’s honest work, and we try to stay on top of things as best as we can without making too much of a fuss about it. We’ve been through some tough months, but we just keep showing up and doing what we can to stay busy.
