Bnhr Flats On Demand Private Limited is based out of Flat No 13 in the Red Apple Apartment building. We are located in Vill Cheheru on the Maheru Road in Phagwara. It is a residential area, which makes a lot of sense since we deal with flats and housing all day. We are not some big office with a glass front and a receptionist; we work right from where the action is. Phagwara is a good place to be, and there is always a need for places for people to live. We spend our time looking at various properties and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay. It is not always a smooth or easy process, as anyone who has ever looked for a flat knows. There are always many papers to sign and small details to check. We try to keep it real with people and not give them a big sales pitch. We just show them what is currently available on the market. Sometimes our apartment gets a bit crowded with all our files and folders, but we make it work for us. Maheru Road can get quite busy at times, but it is a central spot for our operations. We have been doing this for a while and we know the local market here pretty well. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just one people can talk to.
