Max City Hospital

We are located right on the Nepal Sunauli Road. If you have ever traveled this way, you know it is a major route with a lot of trucks and travelers moving through. The hospital sits there as a plain, solid building. It is not the kind of place that looks like a luxury hotel, but it is built to handle the constant flow of people. Inside, the floors are hard and the walls are painted a simple color. We have the reception area right as you walk in, which is usually the busiest spot. There is a lot of coming and going because of our location on such a main road. We see people from the local area and others who are just passing through on their way across the border or to other towns. The rooms are basic but they have what is needed. We spend our shifts moving between the wards and the offices. The air outside is often dusty from the road, so we try to keep the doors closed and the inside as clean as possible. It is a busy atmosphere most of the time. We don't have much time for sitting around. There are files to update and equipment to check. It is just a practical, hardworking hospital in a very busy location. We are here every day, just doing what needs to be done. It’s a lot of work but it's what we do.
