Hasini Tele Services

We are located at Plot No. 9 in Gowrinathapuram, right in the Yellareddy Guda area of Kapra. It's a busy little corner for Hasini Tele Services. We deal with phones and connections mostly. It’s a lot of sitting behind a desk or fixing small parts that people dropped or spilled water on. Sometimes the shop is full of people waiting around, and other times it’s just us drinking tea and waiting for the next person to walk in. We don't have a big corporate backup or anything like that. We just figured out how to fix things over time and started doing it for the neighbors. Kapra is a good place to be. The neighborhood is growing fast these days. We see the same faces quite often which is nice. It’s not a big fancy showroom with bright neon lights. We have some metal shelves with parts and a few tools spread across the counter. People come in when their screen breaks or their signal is acting up for no reason. We try to be honest about how long things will take to fix. Sometimes parts are hard to find, so we just tell them straight instead of making them wait. We don't use scripts when we talk to our customers. We just talk like normal people. It’s a small operation. We keep the place clean but it’s definitely a workspace first. If you’re near Gowrinathapuram, you can find us easily enough. We’re just here doing our job.
