You can find us at A/20 Kubernagar Society, right near the bus station in Kapadvanj. Being so close to the bus station means there is always a lot of movement around here. People are coming and going all the time. Our office is part of the society, so it feels more like a house than a big university building. We have a small sign out front so people don't miss us. Inside, it’s a bit tight with all the desks and the storage boxes. We handle a lot of the local administrative work for the university from this spot. It’s usually just a few of us in the office. We spend the day answering the phone and filing away various forms. The walls are a bit bare, and the furniture is nothing special, but it serves its purpose. On hot days, the fans struggle a bit, but we manage. We aren't a big campus with hundreds of rooms. This is just our home base in this town. It’s a practical location because it's easy for students to reach by bus. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit during meetings. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We just focus on keeping the records straight and helping whoever walks through the door. It’s a very simple, everyday operation we’ve got going on here.
