Shree Geeta Soap Factory

We are located at Geeta Bhavan, right across from the State Bank of India in Hanumanpura. You can usually smell the soap before you even see the building. We’ve been making soap here for a long time, and the factory is a big part of our lives. It’s an old-fashioned setup, not one of those modern labs you see on TV. We use big vats and traditional methods to get everything mixed just right. Hanumanpura is a quiet enough place, but being opposite the bank means there’s always some activity outside. We spend our days measuring out ingredients and watching the cooling trays. It’s messy work, and by the end of the day, we usually have soap suds or oil on our clothes. We don’t have a big marketing department or any glossy brochures. People buy our soap because they’ve used it for years and they know it works. Most of the folks in town know us by now. The factory isn't just a business; it’s where our family and a few workers spend most of our waking hours. We don't use any fancy machinery that does everything automatically. We still like to keep an eye on every batch ourselves. Sometimes the heat from the boilers gets to be a bit much, but we just open the windows and keep going. It’s simple, honest work making something that everyone needs every day here at Shree Geeta Soap Factory.
