Universal Resorts

We are located at No 58/2 on the 14th Cross in the 2nd Stage area here in Bangalore. Even though we have Resorts in our name, Universal Resorts is run from this office in Karnataka. The pin code on the mail says 629702, which is a bit different from some other parts of the city. It’s a regular building on a regular street. We spend our days looking at papers and talking to people about where they want to go. It’s not like being at a real resort with a pool and palm trees while we are at work. Mostly, it is just us sitting in the office and trying to get everything sorted out. Some days the internet is slow and we have to wait around, which gives us time to talk about what’s for lunch. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who have been doing this for a while now. We know the area well and we like being part of the community here. The 14th Cross gets quite a bit of foot traffic, so there is always something to see out the window. We don't use any of those big marketing words to describe ourselves. We just show up, do the tasks that need doing, and go home at the end of the day. It’s a pretty simple way to run things. We focus on the daily grind and keep the office moving along.
