If you look for No: 7 on Illatar Street in Vadesery, you will find us there. Universal Agencies has been operating out of Nagercoil for quite some time. It is not a very big place but we have enough room for all the stock and the couple of desks we use. Most of the morning is spent checking what came in and what needs to go out to the customers. The street can be a bit tight for bigger trucks but we manage to get things moved. We are just regular people doing a job and trying to keep the books straight. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we just slow down a bit, but the work always gets done. We know most of the people who come through the door by their first names. It is that kind of place. We do not do a lot of fancy advertising because word of mouth in Nagercoil is usually enough. People know where Illatar Street is and they know what we do. We deal with a lot of different items depending on the week. It keeps things interesting. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping by for a chat and a quick bit of business. We keep things simple because complicated stuff just leads to headaches. We are just here from Monday to Saturday, doing what we know how to do best. It is just a normal local business trying to stay steady.
