Suja Food Products

We are down here in Cheruthottam, which most people know as part of the Kadayal area. Being out by Kaliyal Post means things are usually a bit quieter than the main towns, but we stay busy enough with the food products. My uncle started this whole thing years ago when there wasn't much else around. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready and making sure everything is packed up right before the sun gets too high. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Some days the machines act up or the delivery truck is late, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just the warehouse and a small space to sit and handle the paperwork. People from around Kadayal stop by sometimes just to see what’s new or to pick up stuff directly. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over time, but our spot in Cheruthottam stays pretty much the same. The floor is usually covered in some kind of flour or grain, and the smell of the food items is always there. It’s not an easy job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders out to where they need to go without making too many mistakes.
