We are located at Vakkil’s House on East Street in Colachel. It’s a quiet enough part of the Kanyakumari district, though it gets busier when people are out doing their shopping. The house itself has been around for quite some time, and it has that old feel to it which we kind of like. We work out of one part of it. Being in Colachel, you’re never too far from the sea, and you can definitely feel that salt in the air on most days. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs and us doing our daily tasks. We see a lot of locals walking by on East Street. Most people know the name of the house, so it’s not hard to find. Sometimes we have to step out to run errands or just to get some fresh air. The pace of life here is different from the big cities, and we prefer it that way. We don't have any fancy signs or big lights. Just a simple place where we get our work done. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the fans or people talking outside. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we try to keep the windows open to catch any breeze coming through. It’s a straightforward setup and we’ve been at this address for a bit now. We just handle things as they come and try to stay organized.
