Our place is located near Anna Stadium at Pillars Gate in Nagercoil. It is a spot that most people in town know pretty well. We do construction work, which mostly means we are out on various sites rather than sitting in the office. The office is really just there for us to keep our records straight and meet with people who want to start a new project. We do not spend much time behind a desk because construction happens out where the dust and the materials are. We have worked on a lot of different local buildings over the years. It is a tough job and the hours can be long, but it is what we know how to do. The area around the stadium gets very crowded, especially when there is a game or an event going on. We have been a part of the local building scene for a long time now. We do not have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just rely on the work we have already finished to show what we can do. People see our signs at the work sites and give us a call. It is a very direct way of doing business. We deal with the usual issues like material costs and finding good labor. The rain in Nagercoil can be heavy and stops everything, so we just wait and restart when it clears.
