M G S Siddha Product

M G S Siddha Product is located at Door Number 34 on Sumaithaanki Street in Vadiveeswaram. That is over in the Kottar area of Nagercoil, down in Kanyakumari district. We make and sell Siddha products right from this spot. It is a traditional kind of business. The street can be quite narrow, especially when deliveries arrive. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time. People around here know the smell of the herbs we use. It’s a very local operation. We do not have a fancy showroom. It’s just us working with the ingredients and getting things ready for customers. My family and a few helpers run the place. We follow the old ways of doing things because that is what we were taught. Sometimes the weather is so humid it makes the work slow, but we keep at it. Nagercoil is a nice place to live and work. We see the same faces every day walking past our door. We do not spend money on big ads or anything. People just find us through their friends or neighbors. The shop is simple, with wooden shelves and lots of jars. It is not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We just focus on making the products as well as we can. It is a quiet life here on Sumaithaanki Street. We keep the front door open for the breeze, and neighbors often stop by just to say hello.
