Leeman Educations

Leeman Educations is tucked away on the second floor of the G J Complex. If you are walking down Alexandra Press Road in Nagercoil, you might miss it if you aren't looking up for the sign. The building is quite old and the stairs are a bit steep. It is right in the Veppamoodu area which is always busy with people going to work. Inside the office, we have a few desks and some computers that have been here for a while. It’s not a very big space, so it can feel a bit cramped when more than five or six people come in at once. There’s a lot of paper everywhere—forms, brochures, and notes pinned to the walls. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just the windows open to let some breeze in from the street. You can hear the buses and horns from the road below all day long. Usually, it's just a couple of us working here, answering questions and helping people with their paperwork. People come in from all over the district to ask about different courses or exams. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, just filing things and talking to students. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, but once you get inside, it’s bright enough to see what you’re doing.
