We are located right near Hindu College in Nagercoil. If you’re a student or live around here, you probably know the area well. Irudayams Hospital Private Limited has been standing here for some time now. It’s a typical hospital environment where things are usually moving fast. You see families waiting in the lobby and nurses heading to their stations. Because we are near the college, there is always a lot of activity on the street outside. We get a mix of people coming in, from young kids to the elderly who have lived in Nagercoil their whole lives. The building is simple and serves its purpose. We have rooms for patients and spots for the doctors to do their consultations. It isn't a silent place, hospitals rarely are, but we try to keep some order in the middle of the chaos. We handle all the normal medical stuff you’d find in a private facility like this. The paperwork takes up a lot of our time, and there’s always a floor that needs mopping or a light that needs fixing. That’s just the reality of running a medical center. We don’t use big words to describe what we do; we just show up, put on our uniforms, and see who needs help that day. It’s a steady rhythm of checking temperatures, giving out medicine, and talking to worried relatives in the corridor. It is hard work but we are used to the pace.
