Being at the junction means we get all sorts of people walking in, some just looking for directions and others needing help with their devices. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. We just show up, open the doors, and start the day's tasks. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the area. It’s a practical way of working. Most of our regular visitors are people from the local market who’ve known us for years. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just providing a service from our little corner across from the bank. It is just a normal day here, trying to keep everyone connected while the buses roll past.
