We are located at 14/8 in Civil Line, which is a fairly easy place to get to. Zoya Exim is essentially a place where we manage the importing and exporting side of things. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and tracking where goods are currently located. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure things get from one point to another without too much trouble. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or there’s a problem with the paperwork, and those are the days when it gets a bit stressful around here. But mostly, it’s just a routine of checking orders and talking to suppliers. We’ve got a few old desks and some fans that keep us cool during the summer months. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. Being in Civil Line means we’re close to other businesses, so there’s always people moving around outside. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the neighbors. It’s not a fancy operation, just a practical one. We focus on the details of each shipment and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. Every day brings a different set of challenges, but that’s just how the export-import business works for us, and we are quite comfortable with the pace of it.
