Our business is tucked away at 123/C in Yasoda Nagar. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, but we keep things moving here at our small shop. We deal with various supplies that people in the neighborhood need for their daily lives. The building is just part of the streetscape, nothing too flashy, just a solid front and some storage space in the back. Every morning we roll up the shutters and start organizing the stock for the day. It’s a one-room operation mostly, with a small counter where we talk to the people who stop by to pick things up. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so the customers are often our neighbors. We don’t use any complicated computer systems, just a simple notebook for keeping track of what we’ve sold. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a new shipment comes in and we have to stack things in the aisles until we can find a permanent spot for them. The fan on the ceiling squeaks a bit, but it helps when the afternoon heat kicks in. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on having what people ask for and keeping the prices fair. It’s a simple life, running a shop in Yasoda Nagar, and it suits us just fine. We appreciate the people who come back week after week to see us.
