We operate out of A-1773 Avas Vikas in the Hanspur neighborhood of Naubasta, Kanpur. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city center, which we appreciate. The office is basically just a place for us to coordinate our various projects. We deal with infrastructure and building work, so there's always something moving along. Whether it's a small renovation or a bigger construction task, we spend our time managing the details. Kanpur is a busy place, and being in Naubasta gives us a good base to reach different parts of the city. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a team of receptionists. It’s just us working on laptops and talking to contractors. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy after the rain, but that’s just part of living and working here. We have a lot of local people coming by to ask for advice on their own building projects. We try to give them straight answers without any of that complicated industry talk. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and notes about material costs. It's a very hands-on type of business. We’ve been in this Avas Vikas spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the people around here. It’s just a normal workplace where we focus on getting the construction projects finished as they come in.
