We’ve got Veera Motors set up at No. 358 on N-2 Road in the Lal Bangla area. It’s a pretty well-known spot around here. The shop has been around for a long time, and the walls show it. We’ve got some old posters up and plenty of tools hanging where they’ve been for years. Most of our day is spent working on whatever comes in, whether it’s a quick fix or something that takes a few days. We don't really use a lot of high-tech gadgets; we mostly rely on our hands and what we’ve learned over the years. It’s a bit messy, with parts and scrap metal in the corners, but that's how a real workshop looks. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The N-2 Road stays busy, so there’s always noise from the street coming in through the open front. We know most of the regulars by their first names and their cars. It’s not a corporate type of place at all. If the floor is a bit dirty or the chairs are old, nobody really minds as long as the work gets done. We take our time with each job because rushing usually leads to mistakes. That’s just the way we like to do things here. We close up when the sun goes down, unless we're really behind on a project.
