V.B.Trading Company

Our spot is right by the petrol pump in Harsh Nagar, over at Benajhabar. It's a convenient location for us at V.B.Trading Company because the trucks can pull in easily, even if the traffic in Kanpur is a mess. We’ve been operating out of Plot No- 2/9 for a long time. The building is simple, just some warehouse space and a small area where we keep the paperwork. It isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a lot of movement. We spend our mornings sorting through what came in the night before. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we end up staying after dark to get everything put away. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us, the inventory, and the customers who’ve been coming to us for years. We know most of them by name. There’s always a bit of dust on the floor and a stack of empty crates in the corner. That’s just the reality of a trading business. We handle the daily tasks as they pop up. If a machine breaks or a roof leaks, we fix it ourselves. It's a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. You might find the person who handles the books also helping load a van. It’s a bit chaotic, but it works for us here in Kanpur.
