Vastu Sukriti Architect

Our place is at 111A/132 in Ashok Nagar, Kanpur. We are tucked away right behind the Kanha Continental Hotel. It’s a nice area of the city, and being behind the hotel makes it easy to give directions to people who aren’t from around here. We focus on architecture and Vastu, which is something a lot of people in Kanpur still care about when they build their homes. The office isn't very large, but it’s organized enough for us to get our work done. We have shelves full of books on design and stacks of paper from old projects. Most days, it’s just the sound of pencils on paper or the hum of the computer. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just like doing good work for the people who come to us. We’ve been in Ashok Nagar for a while and have seen the streets change. We know the local climate and how the sun hits the buildings here, which helps with our designs. Sometimes people just drop in to ask a quick question about a wall or a door placement. We don't mind that at all. It’s part of being a local business. We keep things simple and honest. We don't use any flashy marketing tricks. People come to us because they’ve seen what we did for their friends or relatives. That’s enough to keep us busy throughout the year.
