Web Indian Bead

We are based at 26 Mig Indra Nagar. This is a residential colony, and our workspace is basically just part of the house. We have thousands of beads in every color you can think of. They are all kept in small plastic containers or bags stacked up against the walls. A lot of our time is spent just sorting through these beads by hand. It is a slow process, but you have to be careful not to mix them up. The room we work in has a big window that lets in a lot of natural light, which helps when you are looking at small details. There are no fancy machines here, just a couple of tables and some scales for weighing the orders. We spend our days sitting on the floor or on low stools, filling up packets and labeling them. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, mostly just families going about their business. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat while we are working. We have a small porch where we keep the boxes ready for the courier to pick them up. It is a very humble operation. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. It is a bit messy sometimes with beads rolling under the furniture, but we manage to keep it going every day.
